Ship Via Your Own UPS/FedEx Account/Your Carrier

We can ship your order using your own UPS/FedEx account. Please contact us at sales@monarchparts.com with your UPS/FedEx account number so that we may ship your order. If you have an account with another shipping carrier and wish to use your account we are happy to do so. Please contact us at sales@monarchparts.com with your carrier information so that we may ship your order.

International Orders?

MonarchParts.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. For international shipping, questions about a specific order, including tax and payment methods, email us sales@monarchparts.com. Our associate will contact you within 4 hours.

  

Shipping Price Estimates

Monarch Industrial Parts uses estimated shipping prices. Usually these prices are accurate, however they are subject to change.  Packages with abnormally large size dimensions may require additional shipping charges.  In the event that your shipping price needs to be altered, we will notify you.

 

  

Return Policy

 

  • You must return the item within 5 days of receipt.

          

  • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.           

 

  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.   

         

  • We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.    

       

  • Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded.             

 

  • All returned items are subject to restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
